Minimum of 5 years experience in business leadership and purchasing management required.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a cohesive team, as well as work independently is essential.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, problem solving abilities and computer proficiency required.
A working knowledge of mechanical, industrial & agricultural industries, a plus.
Also desired is a successful track record of setting and achieving goals and leading with an others-centered focus.
