8K a year 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago Integrity Land Works is seeking a positive, personable, and organized individual who possesses a passion for horticulture and holds prior design experience in the Landscaping and Hardscaping industry to add to our team as the position of Landscape Sales Representative.
This position would entail interfacing with clients and their ideas in order to design both landscape and hardscape projects while successfully managing and selling these projects in order to achieve certain sales goals established by Integrity Land Works LLC.
Perform on site visits for new and existing clients to effectively uncover their wants and needs by using clear communication skills.
Relay info to Designer and see that the project is creative, unique, and functional projects based on information gathered from site visits while accurately communicating/managing projects to foreman once won.
Properly construct estimates based on information gathered from onsite visits and produce drawn or electronic designs if needed.
Sell projects and in an honest yet profitable manner in order to meet department sales goals.
Responsible for keeping up to date with industry knowledge of both Landscape and Hardscape for proper practices and products.
Continually maintain and grow a solid client base by reflecting Integrity Land Works LLC's values.
Requirements At least 3 years experience in Landscape & Hardscape Industry; direct customer interface experience preferred.
At least 2 years experience in specific design of Landscape and Hardscape design.
Ability to successfully type and navigate company electronic systems for the purpose of estimating, inter-department communication, and customer communication.
Uphold and exemplify the values of Integrity Land Works LLC and the Ethos of the Sales Department.
Capacity to effectively communicate across all departments of the company.
Ability to productively handle multiple projects/tasks at once while in charge of one's own flexible schedule.
