5 day schedule Half day outpatient / Half day hospital rounds Call is 1 in 3 weeks/weekends Medical Directorship of one dialysis center The group admits to only one hospital; average census is 15- 20 Salaried position with full benefits; $220K, plus sign on bonus ($30K) Partnership offered after 2 years The group covers malpractice, relocation allowance, family health/dental/vision, fuel allowance, auto repair, cell phone, 401k, pension plan, vacation, 2 weeks CME and more The community 30 minutes from Hershey and an hour and a half from Philadelphia and has 60,000 residents.
