Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, hires, re-hires, status changes, compensation adjustments, terminations, and extended leaves of absence.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation.
Answers frequently asked questions relative to standard policies, benefits, and hire process.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs internal audits as directed to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Handles the drug consortium for several companies.
Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to work-related injury claims.
Processes absences including work-related injury and FMLA.
Processes attendance/timesheet adjustments.
Processes bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies.
Processes employee expense reimbursements.
Processes bi-weekly 401K and HSA contributions filing.
Maintains 941 Documentation.
Submits Quarterly Multiple Worksite Reporting to Bureau of Labor.
Assists with year-end processing to include ACA reporting and federal tax exemptions.
Reports statistics to the Bureau of Labor.
Creates and provides monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed.
Handles special projects/assignments as requested.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
