Responsibilities:
To provide an outstanding customer experience through preparation, attitude, and teamwork.
Build relationships to create customers for life Respond to customer inquiries Point out vehicle highlights and take customers on test drives Quote accurate payments options to customers Follow up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat business Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership Maintain and update customer information in company databases Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in sales/retail sales preferred Commitment to exceptional customer service Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work flexible hours Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to pass manufacturer tests Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including:
