High School Diploma or Equivalent What you do:
Five (5) years' experience providing advanced secretarial support in a professional office setting.
Knowledge of modern office procedures and practices and a demonstrated ability to schedule/organize work.
Demonstrated familiarity/proficiency with current software applications.
Ability to sit for an extended period of time.
Ability to effectively communicate via oral & written communication.
Ability to instruct staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and prepare reports.
Ability to maintain a therapeutic attitude towards, and effective relationship with, physically ill or infirm residents.
