Part 2:
Development Your brain is wired to conceptualize, develop, (and maintain) database schemas.
You see the big picture and develop back end code and front end UI/UX based on business and system requirements.

You don't overlook anything, you plan, you stay organized, and you manage your time appropriately.
You have a strong desire to provide solutions that are simple and intuitive for end users.
UI/UX is king.
Testing is one of your best practices to ensure your programs are accurate and relevant Part 3:
Project Completion Once you've solved a problem, you want to document it for training and so that you don't need to recreate the solution later.
Things like program development, logic, coding, and updates will be thoroughly documented to allow others to understand the development process.
You will be the expert and will look forward to conducting training and application demos for either large or small groups.
Position Requirements Required for Success Bachelor's of Computer Science (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years of full stack development.
Demonstrated programming experience and ability to work with multiple programming languages and technologies, including various web related languages, and SQL.
Development in MS-365 is a plus.
Development experience with a Universe database and PICK Basis is an even bigger plus! Experience with ERP software, e-commerce platforms, and cloud service providers Work on-site is a requirement with some limited remote-work allowances.
Strong work ethic, self-starter, analytical, attention to details are key adjectives that describe your personality During the interview process, successful candidates will be able to show specific programs developed and be able to explain the concepts, benefits and impact, and the code behind the program.
