, a leader in the metal roofing industry is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Lebanon, Pennsylvania facility.

About the position:
Our Lebanon area manufacturing facility is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our facility to perform a wide range of administrative duties & provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service to individuals within our organization and to our clients (vendors, distributors, end-users and prospects).
Responsibilities include:
Answer general incoming calls and emails relative to customer orders, quotes, inquiries, and product related questions.
Experience in commercial roofing and/or related construction job site work a plus.
Excellent telephone, written and presentation skills.
Must be computer literate including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Engage in learning on a consistent basis as our business and industry evolves.
Attendance that meets the company attendance policy is an essential function of this job.
Effectively communicate with Manufacturing and Distribution Departments to accommodate client's special requests for delivery and pick-up.
Update and maintain customer records for accuracy.
Ability to work independently.
Provide support to outside sales including, but not limited to, filling requests for literature, sales catalogs, quotes, and pricing.
Special projects as needed Ability to multitask in a face paced environment Drive, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:
Must be available to work a schedule of 8am through 5pm with one hour for lunch Must be able to work in front of a computer for most of the day.
