Must have the ability to increase service volume and sales while maintaining high levels of CSI.
Ideal Candidate would have strong knowledge and experience managing all aspects of our Service Department, strong customer and employee communication skills and a proven track record with manufacturers.
Responsibilities Organize work flow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely Hire, schedule, motivate and reward technicians Handle and resolve client complaints Communicate effectively with clients about needed automotive maintenance and repairs Contribute to the training and development of technicians
Qualifications:
Strong client service skills in service and repair Management experience required.
Must have good technical aptitude or experience as technician Valid Driver's license High School Diploma/ GED Must pass drug screen
