Job Description:
Responsible for designing and conceptualizing innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems for Healthcare Payer organizations. Gather, analyze, interpret and document (where needed) project related business requirements. Perform gap analysis activities. Work with architects to create solution storyboard/mock ups for presentation to and approval by customer. Create detailed Design Specifications and obtain internal and external approvals for said document. Create Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure 100% satisfaction of customer requirements. Obtain client sign-off on Design Specifications and Test Plan/Cases. Coordinate project meetings, planning sessions and customer meetings. Communicate with clients on project directions, progress, and requirements analysis to ensure designs are within project scope. Perform business risk assessment analysis and support the Engagement Manager in determining project risk and risk mitigation. Work as a liaison between the client and Company's business and development teams. Assist in developing strategies to solve complex business problems related to the project. Assist with Company product configuration. Manage customer expectations via clear and effective communication. Contribute to test plan and test case creation. Assist with QA test execution (where needed). Primary contact in supporting client's system integration and user acceptance testing. Analyze reported client issues, log confirmed issues for internal triage/tracking, and retest issues as required to ensure quality deployment to customer's environment. Provide metrics related to overall testing (QA, SIT, UAT) for project leadership review.
In order to perform the highly sophisticated functions of the Business Systems Analyst 2 position, it is imperative that the applicant(s) for consideration possess at least a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Technology, Computer Science, or related field followed by 3 years professional progressive experience in the job offered or related business analysis, systems analysis, management or healthcare consulting position
Experience and/or course work must include: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience and familiarity with relational data models; Ability to query from large data sets utilizing Structured Query Language (SQL); Healthcare payer experience
Experience and/or course work preferred but not required: Familiarity with Jython Programming Language; Healthcare payer experience specifically around provider information management (enrollment and credentialing); CAQH and CVO integration knowledge; Familiarity with the inter-relationship of ABMS(American Board of Medical Specialties), NPDB (National Practitioner Data Bank), and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) services; Deep understanding of Payer and Provider business/data model; Familiarity with Provider Network Contracting and Reimbursement; Understanding of Provider Network Relationship Management.
SQL experience is necessary as the system is highly data driven. We'd also prefer someone with Healthcare experience, specifically having worked for/with a large Payor organization. Excellent (and I stress Excellent) written and verbal communication. This is a customer facing role and MUST be able to communicate clearly and effectively.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
